On Monday, 9th of April, 2018, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Hendro Wicaksono delivered a talk at the forum of RENEXPO Augsburg. a trade fair focusing on energy efficient living. Prof. Wicaksono reported the research results, which is a software platform, that allows municipalities, citizen, and energy service industry to collaborate and to have integrated and continuous processes of energy management. The platform provides the digital infrastructure for reducing energy consumption and CO2 emission as well as for introduction of renewable energy power plants. The platform has been used in four European cities and municipalities to implement their visions in increasing energy efficiency awareness, improving energy efficiency, and optimizing the utilization of local renewable energy sources.
