Nathan Josiah Elmido is a research and teaching assistant affiliated with the Data-Driven Industrial Systems group at Constructor University Bremen. Originally from the Philippines, he is pursuing studies in Industrial Engineering and Management and has gained practical experience in project portfolio management at Airbus.

Within the group, he has contributed as a Teaching Assistant across various courses and currently supports Production Planning and Control as well as AI and Data Management for Industrial Solutions. In parallel, he is preparing his thesis on reinforcement learning for workforce scheduling in the service industry, thereby contributing to the group’s research on intelligent decision support and data-driven optimization for complex service and industrial systems.
