Nathan Josiah Elmido
I am Nathan Josiah Elmido, originally from the Philippines, and I am currently studying Industrial Engineering and Management at Constructor University. My profile reflects a strong interest in applying analytical and engineering methods to practical operational challenges, supported by experience that connects industrial systems, data-driven analysis, and operations-focused decision-making. I have also gained practical industry exposure through my experience at Airbus in Project Portfolio Management, which has further strengthened my understanding of structured decision-making in complex organizational environments.
I am currently a Teaching Assistant for the courses Production Planning and Control as well as AI and Data Management for Industrial Solutions. In parallel, I am writing my thesis on using reinforcement learning to determine the optimal allocation of workers across different outlets in a hotel. Through this work, I am further developing my interest in intelligent decision support, optimization, and data-driven approaches for service and industrial systems.
